摘 要:利用混凝沉淀法和所研制的氧化絮凝复合床法联合处理了高浓度的油漆废水。实验了多种化学混凝剂及多种催化剂对废水中有机污染物去除率的影响,选取了最佳催化剂和最佳化学混凝剂。对油漆厂原有废水处理工艺进行了大的改造。结果表明:采用化学混凝沉淀法及氧化絮凝复合床法与后续生化法串联处理该废水后,出水水质符合排放标准。Paint wastewater of high concentration was treated by coagulation sedimentation and the designed oxidation flocculation reactor(OFR).The effect of different coagulants and catalysts on the removal of organic contaminants in the wastewater was tested and the optimal coagulant and catalyst were determined. The former treatment system of the paint manufacturer was innovated by the combined technique of coagulation sedimentation & OFR and the follow up biochemical treatment. The results showed that the water quality of the effluent could meet the discharge standard after the paint waste water was treated by the new process.
