摘　　要：以对甲苯磺酸为催化剂,由乙醇和己二酸通过酯化反应合成了己二酸二乙酯。研究了反应时间、不同带水剂和不同乙醇对己二酸二乙酯产率的影响。并用折光率、红外光谱对己二酸二乙酯进行表征。其最佳反应条件为:酸醇摩尔比为1∶6,对甲苯磺酸用量为0.40 g,苯用量为20 mL。收率为70.8%。Diethyl adipate was synthesized through esterification reaction from ethanol and the adipic acid with p-toluene sulfonic acid as catalyst.The effects of reaction time,different water-carrying agent and different ethanol on the yield of diethyl adipate were discussed.And ester was characterized by using refractive index and infrared spectrum.The best reaction conditions were as follow： ratio of acid to alcohol was 1∶6,amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid was 0.40 g and benzene was 20 mL.The yield could reach 70.8%.
