摘 要:甘肃风电基地装机容量大,集中,风电能源就地消化比例低,电网相对薄弱,因此,风力发电接入电网的问题突出,风电场在系统出现低电压时能正常工作并提供无功功率支撑系统电压,对于提高风电场的可用率及提高电力系统的安全稳定性有重要意义。针对甘肃风电系统存在的低电压穿越(LVRT)问题,提出了一种基于动态电压调节器(DVR)的风电机组单机LVRT方案,并通过仿真验证了该方案的可行性。该方案可用于解决单台风电机及风电机群的LVRT问题。It is well known that the wind power installed capacity in Gansu is quite large today due to its abundant wind resources.However,the grid in Gansu is relatively weak because wind resources are concentrative and the rate of assimilation on the spot is very low.As a result,it's fundamental for wind farms to keep running and provide reactive power during the voltage sag so that the availability ratio of wind farms and the safety stability of power system can be enhanced effectively.A one machine low voltage ride-through(LVRT) strategy based on dynamic voltage regulator(DVR) is suggested to solve the LVRT problem in Gansu wind power system.Simulation results prove the effectiveness of the proposed technique.The strategy can also be applied for wind farms group.
