癫痫大发作患者服用卡马西平治疗前后自主神经功能分析

摘　　要：目的应用交感神经皮肤反应(SSR)测定,探讨癫痫大发作患者服用卡马西平治疗前后自主神经功能状况。方法对48例癫痫大发作患者在其服用卡马西平前和服药后1 a进行SSR测定,观察其治疗前后自主神经功能情况,并与46例同期健康体检者进行比较。结果癫痫大发作组服用卡马西平治疗1 a后SSR潜伏期[(1.56±0.15)s]较服药前[(1.87±0.19)s]缩短,波幅[(1.46±0.18)mV]较服药前[(1.23±0.16)mV]升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。但较对照组SSR潜伏期[(1.47±0.46)s]延长,波幅[(2.05±0.22)mV]降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论癫痫大发作患者自主神经功能存在一定程度的损害,卡马西平治疗可以减轻其损害程度。Objective To investigate the function of autonomic nerve of the grand mal epilepsy patients before and after the treatment with carbamazepine by sympathetic skin response（SSR）. Methods Forty-eight grand mal epilepsy patients before the treatment with carbamazepine and after one year＇s treatment with carbamazepine were detected by SSR to observe the function of autonomic nerve pre-and post-treatment.As forty-six healthy people for control group and their function of autonomic nerve were detected by SSR.Then,the function of autonomic nerve was compared. Results The latency of the grand mal epilepsy group after one year＇s treatment with carbamazepine[（1.56±0.15）s] was shorter than that before the treatment with carbamazepine[（1.87±0.19）s]（P0.01）;the amplitude of the grand mal epilepsy group after one year＇s treatment with carbamazepine[（1.46±0.18）mV] was higher than that before the treatment of carbamazepine[（1.23±0.16）mV]（P0.01）.Compared with control group,the latency of the grand mal epilepsy group after one year＇s treatment with carbamazepine was longer [（1.56±0.15）s vs（1.47±0.46）s] and the amplitude was lower [（1.46±0.18）mV vs（2.05±0.22） mV],there were statistical differences（P0.01）. Conclusion The functions of autonomic nerve exist certain degree of damage in the grand mal epilepsy patients,carbamazepine can lighten the level of the damage.
