药用植物土沉香种苗分级标准的研究

摘　　要：【目的】探讨土沉香种苗的分级标准。【方法】采用逐步聚类分析方法,以苗高和地径为苗木分级的质量指标,采用欧氏距离法对初始分级结果进行修正。【结果】结合苗木生产实际,提出以苗高、地径作为土沉香种苗的分级指标。制定出土沉香种苗的分级标准为:Ⅰ级苗:苗高≥35.59 cm,地径≥0.56 cm;Ⅱ级苗:21.42 cm≤苗高<35.59 cm,0.45 cm≤地径<0.56 cm;Ⅲ级苗:苗高﹤21.42 cm,地径﹤0.45 cm。【结论】本研究结果可为土沉香药材(国产沉香)专业化、规模化和规范化生产和开发利用提供一定的参考依据。Objective To explore the grading standard of Aquilaria sinensis （Lour.） Spreng. seedlings. Methods By using the methods of gradual clustering analysis, seedling height and ground diameter were used as the quality indexes of seedling classification. And then the initial grading results were corrected by Euclidean distance method. Results With reference to production practice, the seedling height and ground diameter were proposed as the quality index for Aquilaria sinensis grading of seedlings. The established grading standard was： Grade I seedlings with height over 35.59 cm and ground diameter over 0.56 cm, Grade Ⅱ seedlings with the height of 21.42 -35.59 cm and ground diameter of 0. 45 -0. 56 cm, Grade Ⅲ seedlings with height less than 21.42 cm and ground diameter less than 0. 45 cm. Conclusion The established grading standard of Aquilaria sinensis seedlings can provide references for the specialization, standardization, massproduction, and exploitation and utilization of domestic medicinal material of Aquilaria sinensis.
