摘　　要：目的观察经肛门三柱法直肠脱垂固定术、肛门缩窄术治疗直肠完全脱垂的临床疗效。方法对我科2009到2010年采用经肛门三柱法直肠脱垂固定术、肛门缩窄术治疗直肠完全脱垂的19例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 19例患者经半年到一年随访全部治愈,无复发,疗效满意。结论经肛门三柱法直肠脱垂固定术、肛门缩窄术治疗直肠完全脱垂,不开腹、痛苦少、疗效确切、消除了开腹手术带来的风险,是一种值得推广的治疗直肠脱垂的方法。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of the stylolitic suture combined with anorectal muscle reconstruction in treatment of rectal prolapse. Methods The clinical date of 19 cases of rectal prolapse treated by the stylolitic suture combined with anorectal mus- cle reconstruction from 2009 to 2010 were analyzed. Results Followed up from six months to one year, 19 cases were completely cured, with no recurrence, no complication and no sequela. Conclusion The stylolitic suture combined with anorectal muscle reconstruction is an effective method with less pain and low risks, and is worthy of treatment of rectal prolapse.
