摘　　要：目的分析剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠的经阴道超声声像图特征,探讨经阴道超声对剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠的诊断价值。方法对71例可疑剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠的患者应用经阴道超声进行检查,将超声诊断结果与临床确定诊断对照分析。结果 71例患者的超声诊断结果有68例与临床确定诊断结果相符,诊断准确率为95.8%(68/71)。结论经阴道超声对剖宫产瘢痕处妊娠患者有极其重要的诊断价值,对治疗方式的选择有一定的指导意义。Objective To analyse sonogram characterization of cesarean scar pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound, and to discuss the diagnostic value of transvaginal uhrasonography for cesarean scar pregnancy. Methods Seventy-one cases suspected with cesarean scar pregnancy were examined with transvaginal ultrasound, and compared with the last clinical diagnosis. Re- sults Transvaginal ultrasonography diagnosis had 95.8% （68/71） fit to the clinical diagnosis, which were 68 cases in 71. Conclusion Transvaginal uhrasonography has vital diagnostic val- ue for cesarean scar pregnancy, and it plays an important role in making invasive treatment de- cision.
