微波凝固治疗耳廓假性囊肿32例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微波凝固治疗耳廓假性囊肿的疗效。方法对32例耳廓假性囊肿患者行微波凝固治疗,统计有效率。结果全部病例随访1年。微波凝固治疗耳廓假性囊肿一次治愈25例,占78%;二次治愈5例,占16%;三次治愈2例,占6%。总有效率100%。结论微波凝固治疗耳廓假性囊肿操作方便,容易掌握,创伤小,恢复快,治疗时间短,疗效满意,且无明显副作用。经过临床观察实践证实,此治疗方法行之有效。Objective To observe the curative effect of microwave coagulation therapy on au- ricular pseudocysts. Methods Thirty-two cases of auricular pseudocysts were treated with mi- crowave coagulation therapy, and its effective rate was calculated. Results All patients were followed up 1 year. Twenty-five cases of auricular pseudocysts were cured by the treatment of microwave coagulation therapy only once. It took up 78% of all cases. Five cases were cured by the treatment twice and it took up 16%. Two cases were cured by three times of the treat- ment. It took up 6%. Total efficiency rate was 100%. Conclusion Microwave coagulation therapy on auricular pseudocysts is convenient to operate and easy to grasp. Its trauma is small and healed fast. The therapy time is short and its curative effect is satisfying. Meanwhile, there is no significant side effects. The clinical observation confirmed that this treatment is effective.
