摘　　要：以提高连锁超市配送中心的配送绩效为目标,在国内外配送绩效评价研究成果的基础上,结合连锁超市配送活动特点,以定性与定量相结合为原则,从作业流程层、支持层和结果层三个维度建立了相对完整的连锁超市配送绩效指标体系。在研究方法上,综合采用了问卷调查法、模糊综合评价法、层次分析法,并结合实证分析检验了此绩效评价指标体系和采用方法的可行性。With improving the operational performance of chain supermarket distilbution centers as the objective and on the basis of the previous studies on distribution performance evaluation both from China and other countries, the paper establishes a comparatively comprehensive chain supermarket distribution performance index system on the dimensions of process, support and outcome. Methodologically, this study employs questionnaire survey, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP, whose feasibility as well as that of the index system is tested in an empirical analysis.
