摘　　要：针对现代物流中的个人信息泄露问题,提出了一种基于RSA加密算法和信息集中控制的个人信息保护机制。此机制将电话、电子邮箱等客户敏感信息转化为密文在服务器端存储,业务人员仅能查阅客户姓名,而与客户的通信只能经由网络通过服务器完成,从而有效地防止了客户敏感信息的外泄。In view of the problem of private information leak in modern logistics processes, the paper proposes a private information protection mechanism based on RSA cryptography and centralized information control which stores sensitive information of the clients such as telephone number and email address, etc. as ciphered texts on the server terminals. Under such mechanism, the operators can only access names of the customers and any communication with the customers has to be performed via the internet by the server, thus eliminating unwanted disclosure of sensitive information.
