摘 要:采用光助Fenton高级氧化技术处理纺织印染中PVA退浆废水,试验在0.75L环流式光化学氧化反应器中进行.研究结果表明,在Fenton反应体系中辅以紫外和可见光辐射,其光助Fenton氧化效率有极大的提高.在低浓度亚铁离子、理论双氧水加入量、中压紫外和可见光汞灯的辐射条件下,反应0.5h,溶解性有机碳去除率高达90%.通过对光子产率的测定,表明亚铁离子的还原主要通过光辐射Fe(Ⅲ)的有关络合物完成,有机物的氧化通过铁的有机络合物内部电子转移实现,从而对传统的光助Fenton氧化反应机理提出了质疑.The effective degradation of polyvinyl alcohol was achieved by the application of photo Fenton reaction. This advanced oxidation process was studied in a batch reactor ( V =0.75?L) using a mercury medium pressure lamp as the light source. Effective oxidation was observed when employing low iron(Ⅱ) concentrations and a stoichiometric amount of H 2O 2. Experimental results showed that the removal rate of DOC can be remarkably enhanced by employing Photo\|Fenton compared to classical Fenton reaction. The removal rate of DOC was affected by temperature, suitable carrier gas, dosage of hydrogen peroxide and iron added. The experimental data supported an advanced oxidation mechanism occurring within the performed iron(Ⅱ)/iron(Ⅲ) PVA supermolecule. In distinct contrast to the classic paradigm of the Fenton reaction, the hydroxyl peroxide radical as reactive intermediate was not found for the formation. CO 2 was released directly from the super macromolecule; low molecular weight intermediates were not found during the PVA degradation.
