摘  要:他汀类药物为3-羟基-3-甲基戊二酰辅酶A(HMG-CoA)还原酶抑制药,是目前临床上广泛应用防治心血管疾病最有效的药物之一。近年来,多项大规模临床试验结果相继证明,他汀类药物有显著降低血胆固醇水平,可明显降低心血管事件的发生率和死亡率,在冠心病一级、二级防治中具有重要作用。The flow behavior of aluminum alloy 7050-H112 was studied by isothermal hot compression under 300 ℃,350 ℃,400 ℃,450 ℃ and strain rates of 0.01 s-1,0.1 s-1,1 s-1,10 s-1 on Gleeble-1500 thermal-mechanical simulator.The results show that the flow stress of aluminum alloy 7050-H112 which increases with increasing the strain rate is sensitive to the positive strain rates and it could be expressed by zener-hollomon parameter in hyperbolic sine equation form with the deformation activation energy of 172 kJ/mol during hot compression.The process of microstructure evolution indicates that the dynamic recrystallization with fine grains occurs under the strain rate of 0.01 s-1 and temperature of 450 ℃.
