摘  要:功能磁共振成像(fMRI)是利用磁共振成像的原理与方法研究神经系统功能的成像方法。作为癫癎的首选检查方法之一,fMRI已较广泛地应用于癫癎病人的语言优势半球定侧、记忆功能评估及癫癎术后神经功能损伤的风险评估等认知神经科学方面,与脑电图(EEG)结合也广泛应用癫癎灶定位,而近年来发展迅速的静息态fMRI技术成为癫癎fMRI研究的热点之一。本文对癫癎的fMRI研究及其进展进行综述。Ni25AA cladding layer with 0.4 mm thickness was produced on the standard tensile samples using the laser remanufacturing method. Tensile experiments were carried out on the samples to study the influence of laser cladding manufacturing process on the tensile properties of the samples; the microstructure was observed by metallurgical microscope; the fracture was analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). The experimental results show that, when thickness of cladding layer is 0.4 ram, the stress-strain curve of specimens by laser cladding manufacturing is similar to that of ordinary specimens, and elastic modulus and the maximum tensile strength basically do not change, while yield strength significantly decrease. When fracture occurs, the total deformation decreases obviously. Fracture of tensile specimens by laser cladding remanufacturing is not located in cladding area. The location of the fracture is similar with common specimens roughly.
