摘 要:介绍了连续热浸镀锌和批量热浸镀锌工艺及其适用范围,论述了热浸镀锌层的组织和性能,分析了合金元素、钢基体化学成分、热浸镀温度和热浸镀时间等因素对热浸镀锌层组织和性能的影响,介绍了热浸镀锌技术的应用领域和研究现状,对该技术的研究方向进行了展望。The processes and application scope of continuous hot-dip galvanizing and batch hot dip galvanizing were introduced. The microstructure and properties of hot-dip galvanizing coating were discussed. The influences of the factors which include the alloying element, the chemical composition of steel matrix, the hot dip temperature and the hot dip time on the structures and properties of hot-dip galvanizing coating were analyzed. The application fields and current status of the research of hot-dip galvanizing were provided. At last, the research directions about the technology in the future were forecasted.
