摘  要:通过拉伸实验和冲击实验分析了热处理工艺对NM400耐磨钢力学性能的影响。结果表明:随回火温度的升高,强度值都先升后降,而伸长率的变化则是200℃回火比淬火态钢板高,随回火温度升高,伸长率也是先升后降。冲击试验结果表明,钢板的冲击断口形貌主要为大量解理断口或准解理断口,部分试样存在有少量纤维状断口,它表示具有良好的韧性。The effects of heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of NM400 wear-resistant steel were studied by tensile test and impact test. The results show that the change trend is first increases and then decreases with the tempering temperature increasing. The change trend of elongation also shows the first increases and then decreases with the tempering temperature increasing and the elongation of tempering is higher than that of quenching at 200 ℃. The impact test shows that the fi'acture morphology is mainly lots of cleavage or quasi-cleavage fracture, and there is some small amount of fibrous fracture which represents a good toughness.
