摘　　要：试验中采用阻燃陶瓷型壳低压熔模浇注WE43镁合金,研究镁合金低压熔模铸造的成形工艺。通过浇注成形发现,采用阻燃熔模陶瓷型壳,低压浇注的铸件表面光洁、无氧化凸点,轮廓清晰,尺寸精度高、内部质量好。经过T61处理后,铸件本体常温和高温(250℃)时的平均抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率分别可达255MPa、185MPa、5.0%和225MPa、165MPa、12.0%,能满足使用的要求。The low-pressure investment casting WE43 magnesium alloy components was performed with the ignition-proof ceramic shell.The results show that the produced parts exhibits desirable surface quality with oxidized inclusion free and clear profile,high dimension precision,and excellent inner-quality.After T61 heat treatment,the average tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of parts produced at room temperature and 250 ℃ reach 255 MPa,185 MPa,5.0% and 225 MPa,165 MPa,12.0%,respectively,meeting the requirements of application.
