聚醚改性有机硅消泡剂的制备工艺及应用研究

摘　　要：以二甲基硅油、气相二氧化硅为主要成分,采用Span60、Tween60和聚醚改性硅油为复合乳化剂,制得了高效乳液型有机硅复合消泡剂。研究了乳化剂HLB值与配方设计、乳化方式、乳化时间等制备条件,得到较佳工艺为:复合乳化剂4.5%,采用剂在油中法,乳化时间40 min。将其应用于水性苯丙涂料体系,结果表明,该消泡剂离心稳定性、耐热稳定性好,在苯丙涂料中易分散。High performance emulsion organosilicon antifoaming agent was prepared by using dimethlysilicone oil and gas silicon dioxide as the raw material,and using Span60,Tween60 and polyether modified silicone as compound emulsifier;HLB value and formula of the emulsifier as well as the time and the preparation method in the emulsification process were investigated and optimal conditions were identified.Emulsifier-in-oil method was adopted for the preparation with dosage of blended emulsifier of 4.5% and the emulsification time of 40 min.It was applied in water-base styrene-acrylic dope system defoaming.The experimental results showed that the centrifugal stability,heat-resistant stability and dispersibility in styrene-acrylic dope of the antifoaming agent were good.
