摘 要:以自行研制的专用耐温型阳离子交换树脂为催化剂,研究了二异丙醚的合成及其精制工艺。水合和醚化反应在同一固定床反应器中进行,未反应的丙烯和水及副产品异丙醇循环。确定了适宜的工艺条件,反应温度145℃、反应压力80MPa、反应器进料水烯摩尔比0.5,丙烯单程转化率大于48%,二异丙醚时空收率大于115g/(L·h)。配套开发了分离精制工艺,通过试验研究和模拟计算确定了分离工艺流程和单元操作参数,反应产物经提浓、水萃取、回收异丙醇等过程,得到满足汽油添加剂要求的二异丙醚。Diisopropyl ether (DIPE) was preduced by hydration and etherificati0n of propylene and water in afixed bed reactor using special strongly acidic ion exchange resin as catalyst. Unreacted propylene, water andbypreduct isopropyl alcohol were recycled to the reaction zone. The suitable operating conditions include a temperature of 145℃, a pressure of 8. 0 MPa, and n (water) /n (propylene) ratio of 0. 5. The weight hourly spaceyield of DIPE is higher than 115 g/(L. h) and the single pass conversion of propylene is higher than 48 %. Theseparation process and unit operation pararneters were determined by experimentation and simulation calculation.The preduct of DIPE obtained can be used as octane enhancers in gasoline, which is purified so as to use as agent.
