摘　　要：目的 探讨中老年脊椎结核多层螺旋CT平扫影像学特征,进一步提高对中老年人脊椎结核诊断的准确性.方法 回顾分析78例年龄在40~76岁经手术病理证实或经治疗后随访确诊为脊椎结核的CT平扫表现,并结合脊椎平片和脊髓造影片观察.结果 椎体骨质破坏78例,死骨78例,病椎高密度73例,椎旁脓肿56例,椎间盘破坏71例,管内硬膜外占位征9例,腰大肌不对称52例,椎体压缩椎管狭窄33例,椎小关节退变72例,钙化37例.结论 多层螺旋CT平扫能较好地显示中老年脊柱结核的影像学特征.Objective To explore multi-slice spiral CT（MSCT） features of spinal tuberculosis in middle-aged and old people,so that to improve the knowledge of this disease. Methods MSCT features of spinal tuherculosis in the patients aged 40-76; years old verified by surgery and pathology or follow up clinically after treatment were retrospectively analysed. Results CT showed destruction of vertebral bodies in 78 cases, sequestrum in 78 cases, high density of vertebrae in 73 cases, paravertebral ahscess in 56 cases, destruction of vertebral disk in 71 cases,epidural occupying signs in 9 cases, asymmetric posas in 52 cases, compression of vertebrae and vertebral canal stenosis in 33 cases,degeneration of small vertebral joints in 72 cases,calcification in 37 cases. Conclusion The imaging characteristics of spinal tuberculosis in middle aged and old people can be showed well with MSCT.
