摘　　要：针对Linux下现有的Netfilter框架下基于IP地址进行流量控制不精确问题和不同平台的不一致性问题,本文提出了一种改进的控制算法。该算法通过扩展linux的Netfilter功能模块,实现了以IP地址为区分对网络流进行字节单位的精确控制,并解决了不同平台的不一致问题。验证表明该算法可以有效实现针对单IP上下行流量限速。The existing Linux Netfilter framework have some problems：the inaccuracy of flow control which is based on ip address and the inconsistencies between different platforms,Thus this paper proposed a new improved control algorithm.The algorithm achieve the precise control of the ip address to distinguish between the network stream in unit byte and resolve the inconsistencies of the different platforms.Verify that the algorithm is able to achieve the speed limits for a single ip uplink and downlink traffic.
