摘  要:目的探讨血清嗜酸粒细胞趋化因子(eotaxin)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和内皮素1(ET-1)在支气管哮喘中的临床价值。方法将120例支气管哮喘患者分为哮喘发作期83例、缓解期37例,另选35名健康者作为对照。并将83例哮喘发作期患者按病情程度分为轻度(20例)、中度(47例)和重度(16例)。应用ELISA法对发作期、缓解期哮喘患者以及健康对照者进行血清eotaxin、INF-γ和ET-1水平测定。结果哮喘发作组血清中eotaxin和ET-1高于哮喘缓解组及健康对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),缓解期血清eotaxin和ET-1水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而血清水平INF-γ在发作期组低于哮喘缓解组及健康对照组(P<0.01)。随着哮喘严重程度增加,哮喘患者的血清中eotaxin和ET-1浓度升高,INF-γ水平出现明显降低。重度哮喘与中、轻度哮喘比较,eotaxin、ET-1和INF-γ浓度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 eotaxin、IFN-γ和ET-1参与了哮喘的发病过程,并与疾病的严重程度密切相关。Objective To investigate the clinical value of the serum eosinophil chemokine (eotaxin), interferon-γ (IFN-γ,) and endothelin-γ (ET-γ) in the bronchial asthma. Methods 83 patients with asthma were divided into 20 mild cases, 47 moderate eases and 16 severe cases. 83 cases in acute attack group and 37 eases s in remission group and 35 healthy controls were studied. The levels of serum eotaxin, IFN-~/and ET-1 were detected by Sandwich ELISA. Results The serum levels of eotaxin and ET-1 in acute attack group were higher than those in remission group and the healthy control group (P〈0.05 or 〈0.01 ), while, the levels of eotaxin and ET-1 in remission group had no significant difference compared with the control group (P〉0.05). The serum levels of INF--γin acute attack group was lower than those in remission group and the healthy control group (P〈0.01). As the severity of asthma increase, the serum concentration of eotaxin and ET-1 increased, while the serum levels of INF-γappeared significantly reduced. The difference in severe patients was statistically significant compared with mild and moderate patients (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion The eotaxin, IFN-γ and ET-1 played a role in pathogenesis. There was certain correlation between serum levels of eotaxin, IFN-γ and ET-1 with serious degree in asthmatic patient.
