肾下极水平精索静脉曲张结扎术——附23例报告

摘　　要：目的:探讨改良精索静脉曲张(VAC)结扎术方法。方法:采用脐旁腹直肌外缘小切口,在肾下极水平结扎精索静脉。结果:本组23例切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后6个月随访16例均未见复发;随访精子质量异常者8例,精子质量改善者6例,改善率为75.0%。结论:肾下极水平精索静脉结扎术具有一定的学术和临床应用价值。Objectives： To explore the improved measures in varicocele ligation.Methods： Micro incision is made along the outer edge of the rectus beside umbilicus.Varicocele ligation was performed in the inferior pole of kidney.Results： All the 23 cases showed healing incisions in phase I;Six month＇s follow-up revealed 16 non-recurrent cases.The sperm quality is improved in 6 patients among the 8 patients who had sperm abnormality before the operation.The improvement rate is 75.0%.Conclusion： The spermatic vein ligation in the inferior pole of kidney has academic and clinical value in the treatment of varicocele.
