前列腺按摩配合中西药联用治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎

摘　　要：目的:探索治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎复发率低的有效方法。方法:对照组采用中西药联用方法治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上配合前列腺按摩治疗,对比观察疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),而复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:前列欣胶囊与罗红霉素联用辅以前列腺按摩治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎疗效显著,复发率低,无不良反应。Objectives： To explore on the effective methods in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis.Methods： The control group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine,while the treatment group was added with prostate message.Results： The treatment group was significantly higher in overall efficacy（P0.05）,but lower in recurrence rate than the control（P0.05）.Conclusion： Qianliexin Capsules,roxithromvcin combined with prostate massage is effective in treating chronic bacterial prostatitis,producing low recurrence rates and no adverse events.
