摘　　要：针对含硫原油输送中对管道造成的严重腐蚀,研制出了以DMDS为主剂的硫溶剂来除去原油中的硫,并对其性能和特点以及再生的方法进行了评价和研究。通过试验得出以DMDS为主要原料的硫溶剂在低温条件下溶硫速度快、溶硫能力强,是清除管道内原油中硫的有效溶剂。对原油管道的防腐起着重要的作用。In the light of the serious corrosion of crude oil pipeline caused by sulfur,a sulfur solvent manufactured by dimethyl disulfide (DMDS)has been developed. This kind of solvent can effectively remove sulfur contained in crude oil. The property and feature of DMDS and its regeneration method have been evaluated and studied. The test results show that the sulfur solvent that takes DMDS as major solvent dissolves sulfur with fast-speed at low temperature,and is an effective solvent to remove sulfur of crude oil and can effectively control the corrosion of crude oil pipeline.
