摘　　要：欠平衡钻井 (UBD)是伴随着水平井、多底井而发展起来的先进钻井技术。采用这项技术 ,可以有效地防止钻井过程中对产层的伤害 ,有利于保护油气层 ,提高钻速、降低成本 ,减少井漏及压差卡钻等复杂情况。根据国内外现状、结合胜利油田具体情况 ,制定了一套包括常用井身结构及钻具组合、井控装置、欠平衡钻井施工要点为主要内容的胜利油田欠平衡钻井技术。Underbalanced drilling is an advanced technology accompanied with horizontal well technology and multilateral well technology.Adopting the technology can prevent from formation damage effectively in drilling process,protect reservoir,increase penetration rate,decrease drilling cost,lost circulation and differential sticking.This article has discussed the underbalanced drilling technology about the bit sizes,BHA,well control equipment,and main points on operation of underbalanced drilling technology according to the specific situation in Shengli Oilfield.
