孤北1断块蒸汽吞吐稠油油藏化学解堵技术

摘　　要：孤北 1断块是孤岛油田典型的稠油油藏 ,以蒸汽吞吐方式投入开采以来 ,注汽压力高 ,生产效果很差 ,采用常规酸化多次均不见效。 1998年开始应用深部处理剂SD 4进行化学解堵 ,施工 7口井 ,注汽压力平均下降 1.0MPa ,蒸汽干度提高 30 .3% ,油井增产效果明显。本文报道了孤北 1断块岩心敏感性分析结果 ,针对油层伤害的主要原因研制的复合解堵剂SD 4的组成、性能及作用机理 ,简介了In the thermally recovered reservoir of fault block GB 1 at Gudao, Shengli, the formation damage is severe and caused by formation fines transportation and blockages as shown by core flow experiments for flow rate and alkaline sensitivities. A combinational blockage relieving agent, SD 4 [a fluoboric acidizing fluid containing inorganic salts(fluid S) and a formation fines stabilizer (fluid D)],is developed and the performance properties of SD 4 and/or S are investigated. Treating producing zones in 7 steam huff puff wells by fluid S and D leads to decreasing injection pressure by 1 MPa in average, increasing steam quality by 30.3% and productivity enhancement.
