摘 要:本文介绍了一种延缓交联的聚丙烯酰胺HPAM水基凝胶 ,研究了HPAM、缓释交联剂、促进剂的浓度及 pH值对凝胶形成时间、凝胶粘度的影响。成胶溶液用大庆油田聚合物驱配液水配制 ,成胶时间可调 ,凝胶强度高 ,与大庆油田目的油层配伍性好 ,残余阻力系数高 。This delayed gelling solution YHT is composed of high molecular weight HPAM and slowly relieving organic crosslinker YJ 1 in oilfield produced water for flooding(TDS=560 mg/L). Through a series of sieving experiments the composition for gelling solutions which turn into high viscosity gels in more than 60 days at 45℃(reservoir formation temperature in Daqing) is worked out: HPAM 2 500—4 000 mg/L; YJ 1 4 000 mg/L; YY 1(promoter)1 500—3 000 g/L; and oxalic acid to adjust pH value to 5—6. The gel formed is stable with viscosity decreased from 0.95 Pa·s to 0.93 Pa·s after 90 days aging at 45℃. The viscosity of the gelling solution is much lower than that of the polymer solution. In core plugging experiments with the gelling solution YHT, high plugging efficiency, 94.6%, and residual resistance factor, 19.88, are observed.
