复方聚乙二醇电解质散与磷酸钠盐口服溶液在妇科术前肠道准备中的应用比较

摘　　要：目的比较复方聚乙二醇电解质散与磷酸钠盐口服溶液在妇科术前肠道准备中的清肠效果及耐受性。方法将妇科术前需做肠道准备的240例患者随机分为对照组与观察组,肠道准备时对照组给予磷酸钠盐口服溶液,观察组给予复方聚乙二醇电解质散,比较两组清肠效果及耐受性。结果对照组清肠效果优占57.5%,总有效率95.0%,总耐受率95.8%;观察组清肠效果优占70.8%,总有效率95.8%,总耐受率96.7%。两组清肠效果优所占比率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总有效率、总耐受率比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论妇科术前肠道准备采用复方聚乙二醇电解质散效果要优于磷酸钠盐口服溶液,可在临床推广应用。Objective To compare the efficacy and tolerance of polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder and sodium phosphate oral solution in preoperative bowel preparation for gynecologic surgery.Methods Gynecologic patients receiving preoperative bowel preparation were randomly divided into two groups： control group and observation group.The clinical efficacy and patients＇ tolerance were compared in both groups.Results The effect of clearing the bowels were excellent in both groups,with total effective rate reaching 95.8% and 95.0% in control group and observation group respectively.There was significant difference in the effect of clearing the bowels between the two groups（P0.05）.Total effective rate showed no significant difference in both groups（P0.05）.The total tolerance rate was 96.7% and 95.8% in control group and observation group respectively.No significant difference was found in both groups（P0.05）.Conclusion For bowel preparation in gynecologic surgery,polyethylene glycol electrolyte powder is preferable to sodium phosphate oral solution and well tolerated.Therefore,it is recommended to be widely used in clinical practice.
