摘　　要：目的:探讨心理护理在外伤性截瘫患者康复中的意义。方法:收治外伤性截瘫患者12例,分析截瘫患者的心理变化和需要以及进行心理护理的效果。结果:通过心理护理明显提高了截瘫患者的生活质量和疗效。结论:心理护理对高位截瘫患者的治疗和恢复有极其重要的作用。Objective:A study on psychological nursing for traumatic paraplegia patients and rehabilitation of the meaning.Methods:collected from 2006 February to 2011 August due to trauma admitted to our hospital 12 cases of traumatic paraplegia patients in orthopaedics clinical data,analysis of paraplegia patients psychological changes and needs as well as the effects of psychological nursing care.Results:through psychological nursing can obviously improve the quality of life of paraplegic patients and the therapeutic effect.Conclusion:psychological nursing for paraplegia's treatment and recovery has a very important role.
