摘　　要：目的研究蛇鳞草孢子形态特征。方法利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对蛇鳞草孢子形态大小、形态及表面纹饰等方面进行观察,并对孢子形态特征进行描述。结果及结论蛇鳞草孢子单裂缝,两侧对称,极面观为椭圆形,赤道面观为肾形或近圆形。极轴长为37.6μm,赤道轴长为24.5μm。孢子表面具刺状纹饰。Pronephrium ive To study the spore of Pronephrium triphyllum （Sw.） Holtt was investigated under triphyllum scanning （Sw.） Holtt. Methods The spore of electron microscope. The morphobgical characteristics of this spece was described and summarized. Results and Conclusion The spore is monolete and bilaterally symmetric, ellipsoidal in polar view, and kidney-shaped or asbrounded in equatorial view. The polar axe is 37.6 μm long, and the equatorial axes is 24.5 μm. The surface of the spore is echinulate.
