宫炎平片体内、外抑菌作用研究

摘　　要：目的观察宫炎平片对体内、外抑菌作用的影响。方法体外抑菌试验选用可定量、敏感性较高的液体试管法进行及动物体内抑菌法。结果体外抑菌宫炎平片对所试菌种,均有不同程度的抑菌作用。其中对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌和福氏志贺氏菌、绿脓假单胞菌的作用较强。体内抑菌宫炎平高、中、低剂量组对乙型溶血性链球菌感染小鼠均有明显预防和治疗作用(P<0.05),宫炎平高剂量组对金黄色葡萄球菌感染小鼠均有一定的保护作用。结论宫炎平片对乙型溶血性链球菌在体内有明显的抗菌作用。To observe the inhibitory effect in vivo and in vitro of Gongyanping tablet. Methods The liquid tube method with high sensitivity was used to test the in vivo inhibition. The in vitro antibacterial test was performed in animal. Results In the antibacterial trial in vitro, Gongyanping tablet had a varying degrees of inhibition on the tested strains. It has a stronger effect on the Staphylococcus aureus, beta-hemolytic streptococcus, Shigella flexneri, Pseudomonas aeruginosa. In the antibacterial trial in vivo, high-dose, medium and low-dose group of Gongyanping tablet all had preventive and therapeutic effect on mice which were infected by beta-hemolytic streptococcus （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The high-dose group of Gongyanping tablet had a protective effect on mice which infeclLed with Staphylococcus aureus. Conclusion Gongyanping tablet has a significant antibacterial effect on the beta-hemolytic streptococcus.
