男性输精管绝育技术新进展

摘　　要：随着人口的急速增长,已经引起全球有关部门的重视,控制人口已经成为全球关注的焦点。目前,节育措施以女性为主,男性节育人数和节育方法均落后于女性,然而,男性具有特有的生理解剖特点,其节育方法比女性更简便、安全。输精管结扎术是男性节育的主要措施之一。输精管结扎术是将两侧输精管结扎和切除一小段,以使精子不能再通过输精管排出体外,由于精子和卵子不能相遇进而达到节育的目的。输精管结扎术是一种简单、经济、安全、有效的小手术。主要包括输精管结扎术、输精管栓堵术、输精管电凝术、输精管内节育装置(IVD)绝育术等。本文就近年来国内外在输精管绝育术方面的新进展情况进行阐述。With the rapid population growth, has attracted global attention to the relevant departments to control the population has become a focus of global attention. Current- ly, the birth control to women,the number of ma]e contraception and birth control meth- ods are behind the women, however, the male anatomy and physiology have unique characteristics, the female is more than birth control method is simple, safe. Male birth control vasectomy is one of the main meas- ures. Vasectomy is the male birth control technology is a short cut on both sides and vasectomy, so sperm can not be excreted through the vas deferens,the sperm and egg can not meet and thus achieve the purpose of birth control. Vasectomy is a simple, eco- nomical, safe and effective minor surgery. Including vasectomy, the vas deferens bolt blocking technique, electrocoagulation vasectomy technique,vas deferens contraceptive device（IVD） sterilization and so on. In this paper,the vas deferens sterilization at home and abroad in recent years, new developments in the situation described.
