福坦治疗高原心脏病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察福坦治疗高原心脏病的临床疗效。方法:选择我院2007年10月至2010年10月收治的高原心脏病伴右心衰患者86例,随机分为试验组和对照组,试验组42例给予福坦治疗,对照组44例给予卡托普利加氢氯噻嗪治疗,治疗周期为1年。比较2组治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、短轴缩短率(FS)、射血分数(LVEF)及6分钟步行前后心率、血压、心肌耗氧量并进行统计学分析。结果:试验组LVEF明显增加,LVEDD、LVESD明显减小,心率、心肌耗氧量的降低,较对照组具有统计学差异。结论:福坦具有明显的抗高原心脏病的作用。Objective： To investigate the effects of Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets in the treatment of HAHD.Method： 86 cases of hospitalization in HAHD patients combined with right heart failure would be divided into treatment group（n=42） and control group（n=44）.The treatment group was given Valsartan and Hydrochlorothiazide tablets（VHT）,and the control group was given Captopril plus Hydrochlorothiazide.Left ventricular end diastolic dimension（LVEDD）,left ventricular end-systolic dimension（LVESD）and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） as wel1 as heart rate,systolic pressure,6-minute walking testwere evaluated before and after treatment.Results： After 12 months of treatment,LVFF and 6-min walking test were improved（P〈0.05）.The heart rate,systolic pressure,LVEDD and LVESD in the observation group were decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference between 2 groups（all P〈0.05）.Conclusion： VHT can obviously improve HADHD.
