摘　　要：本文提出一种“屋壳”住宅模式 ,灵活可变是该住宅模式的特点。住户的营造和更新使它具有适应性和可持续发展性 ,并以此为人们提供良好的居住环境。This paper advances shell residence mode the feature of which is flexible and changeable. The constructing and renewing of the household make it have the flexibility and sustaining developmental function, providing a good residential environment for the people.
