摘　　要：国内首台6MW风力发电机,于2011年8月18日在江苏射阳临港工业区开始安装首节塔筒。这台由华锐风电研发制造的SL6000HH100LZ62风力发电机,轮毂高度为100m,叶轮直径128m,采用了预埋地脚螺栓的基础结构形式。主要介绍了地脚螺栓安装精度控制、首节塔筒支撑调平、灌浆和地脚螺栓预紧力施加等关键过程在设计和施工方面所采取的措施。The first set of 6MW wind turbine in China started the erection of the first section tower in Jiangsu Sheyang Harbor Industrial Park on August 18th,2011.The SL6000HH100LZ62 wind turbine was developed and manufactured by Sinovel Wind Group Co.,Ltd.,with hub height of 100m,rotordiameter of 128m and foundation embedded with anchor bolts.The author mainly introduces the accuracy control during the installation of anchor bolts,the support leveling of first section tower,grouting and the application of pre-tightening force on the anchor bolts etc key efforts,and the measures taken on the designing and construction.
