摘　　要：本文提出了一种新的细胞融合方法——激光诱导细胞融合,给出用于细胞融合的激光参数和条件.并以受精泥鳅卵为材料进行了可行性实验,获得了成功.激光融合无毒、无损伤,融合后成活率高,可发展为动物育种的新技术.A now method-laser induced cell fusion is put forward. The parameters of micro-beam laser and the conditions of cell fusion have been analysed and presented. It has been tested on the fertilized loach eggs detached from the body successfully. The outstanding advantages over existing methods are non-lethal, non-damage and high viability rate.
