摘　　要：本文介绍了一种自滤波非稳腔。总结了这种腔的工作原理和优点,研究了场分布和滤波孔的几何尺寸与输出光振幅和发散度的关系。This paper reports a novel unstable configuration with a self filtered aperture (SFUR). The principle and merits of SFUR have been summed up. The relationship between the size of filtering aperture, the light amplitute and the beam divergence have also been investigated.
