摘　　要：从碘摄入的现状、高碘对于甲状腺的影响(高碘引发的细胞免疫、高碘和TPOAb引发的体液免疫反应)、碘的正常日摄入量就亚临床甲减和碘过多及富碘中药进行论述。In this paper, the status of iodine intake , iodine for thyroid effects （ iodine - induced cell - mediated immunity , iodine and TPOAb - induced humoral immune response ） , the normal daily intake of i- odine on subclinical hypothyroidism and iodine excess and iodine -rich Chinese start on.
