益气活血化瘀汤治疗冠心病心绞痛临床对照观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察益气活血化瘀汤治疗冠心脏病心绞痛的疗效。[方法]选择符合诊断标准的病例共83例,随机分为治疗组41例,对照组42例。对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用益气活血化瘀汤,疗程为45d,分别对治疗前后心电图及临床心绞痛症状等变化进行观察。[结果]治疗组临床疗效总有效率为95.12%,心电图疗效总有效率为80.95%,均优于对照组的85.36%和59.52%(P<0.05)。[结论]益气活血化瘀汤是治疗冠心病心绞痛的有效、安全良方。[ Objective ] To explore the curative effects of Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease（ unstable angina UA）. [ Methods ] 83 cases according with diagnostic criteria for UA were randomly divided into treatment group （41 cases） and control group （42 cases）. The control group was given normal disposal, while the treatment group was given Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction based on the control group. Observe two groups of patients with ECG and change of symptom after 45 days. [ Results ] The clinical effective rate was 95.12% and the ECG effective rate was 80.95% in treatment group. The treatment group was superior to the control group in symptom（85.36% ） and ECG（59.52% ） （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclu- sion ] Yiqi Huoxue Huayu Decoction is effective and safe for the unstable angina.
