化痰逐瘀汤联合马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压病疗效观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察化痰逐瘀汤治疗高血压病的临床疗效。[方法]按照随机原则,将60例高血压患者分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组30例,选用马来酸左旋氨氯地平片联合化痰逐瘀中药汤剂口服,对照组30例,单纯使用马来酸左旋氨氯地平片口服,疗程12周。[结果]治疗组总有效率达93.30%;对照组总有效率达80.00%,两组有效率比较存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]化痰逐瘀法联合马来酸左旋氨氯地平片治疗高血压病疗效显著,值得推广。[ Objective ] To observe the method of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis treatment of hypertension clinical efficacy. [ Methods ] The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control grouP, of which 30 cases of the treatment group in the use of the L - amlodipine maleate tablet using oral de- coction of resolving phlegm and removing blood stasis of the traditional Chinese medicine, the control group Simply useing the L - amlodipine maleate tablet, treatment for 2 weeks. [ Results ] The treatment group, the total effective rate was 93.3 % ; the control group, the total effective rate was 80.0% , total effective rate of the two groups were significantly different（ P 〈 0.05 ）. [ Conclusion ] The method of resolving phlegm and remo- ving blood stasis treatment of hypertension significant effect.it is worth promoting.
