中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后消化道反应临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后消化道反应的临床疗效。[方法]将68例消化道肿瘤患者随机分为对照组34例,采用澳沙利铂,四氢叶酸,5-氟尿嘧啶联合化疗,配合恩丹西酮止吐,治疗组34例加用中药温胆汤加味内服。[结果]治疗组有效率Ⅱ°以上消化道反应比对照组低,有显著差异P<0.05。[结论]中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤化疗后消化道反应疗效较好。[ Objective ] To investigate the combination therapy of chemotherapy the clinical efficacy of gas- trointestinal reactions. [ Methods ] 68 patients with gastrointestinal cancer were randomly divided into control group of 34 patients, the treatment group of 34 patients in the control group with Australia oxaliplatin, leuco- vorin, 5 -fluorouracil in combination with chemotherapy, with ondansetron antiemetic treatment group re- ceived oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Wendan Tang. [ Results ] More efficient digestive re- action Ⅱ degree lower than the control group, were significantly different P 〈 0.05. [ Conclusion ] In the com- bination therapy of chemotherapy treatment response to good effect the digestive tract.
