间质流膏对特发性间质性肺炎患者血清TGF-β_1、TNF-α水平变化的影响

摘　　要：[目的]观察间质流膏对特发性间质性肺炎患者血清TGF-β1、TNF-α水平变化的影响。[方法]将90例入选的特发性间质性肺炎患者随机分为间质流膏组,间质流膏加激素组,激素组三组,观察血清TGF-β1、TNF-α水平的改变。[结果]三组患者血清TGF-β1、TNF-α水平均较前降低,以A和B两组更为显著。[结论]间质流膏能有效降低患者血清TGF-β1、TNF-α水平。[ Objective ] To study the effect of Jianzhi - liquid on idiopathic interstitial pneumonia （IIP） ＇ s levels of TGF- β1 ,TNF-α of serum. [ Methods ] 90 cases of selected idiopathic interstitial pneumonia patients were randomly divided into Jianzhi - liquid group, Jianzhi - liquid add glucocorticoids group, glucocorticoids group three groups, 12 weeks after treatment, patients were observed the change of the expressions of TGF- β1 ,TNF-α of serum. [ Result] The expressions of TGF- β1 ,TNF-α of serum were significantly lower than before （P 〈 0.05 ）, and group A and group B are the best. [ Conclusion] Jianzhi -liquid can effectively low the expressions of TGF- β1 ,TNF-α of serum.
