益气养阴通便汤治疗气阴两虚型便秘的临床疗效

摘　　要：为探讨益气养阴通便汤治疗气阴两虚型便秘的临床疗效，选择53例气阴两虚型便秘患者，随机分为中药组（26例）和西药组（27例），中药组患者口服益气养阴通便汤治疗（每次200ml，每日2次），西药组患者口服聚乙二醇4000散剂治疗（每次10g，每日2次），治疗3周后对比分析两组患者排便频率、排便持续时间、便意强度、排便困难程度和大便干结症状改善情况及总疗效。结果显示，中药组治疗后各症状评分均较治疗前明显降低（P〈0．01），西药组除便意强度评分外，其他症状评分较治疗前均明显降低（P〈0．05或P〈0．01）；治疗后中药组各症状评分明显低于西药组（P〈0．01）。中药组疗效总有效率明显高于西药组（100％VS18．52％，P〈0．01）。结果表明，益气养阴通便汤治疗气阴两虚型便秘疗效肯定，安全且无不良反应。In order to investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangyin Tongbian Tang（Qi-replen- ishing Yangyin catharsis decoction） in the treatment of the constipation of deficiency type of both qi and yin,authors selected the 53 patients with this disease and divided them randomly into two groups. Chinese traditional drug group（also namely,A group, n =26） and Western drug group（also namely B group, n = 27）. A group took Yiqi Yangyin Tongbian Tang orally（2OOml/time, 2 times/d）,B group took macrogol 4000 powder（10g/time,2 times/d）,the treatment course of both groups was all 3 weeks,then the defeca- tion frequency, defecation lasting time, extent of defecation awareness and defecation difficulty, as well im- provement status of feces coproma, total effective rate were compared each other and analysed. As results, the scores on various symptoms of A group were all significantly decreased than before treatment（ P 〈0. 01）;except the extent score of defecation awareness, the scores on other symptoms were also significantly decreased（ P 〈0.05, P 〈0. 01） ; after treatment the scores on various symptoms of A group were signifi- cantly lower than that of Bgroup（ P 〈0.01） the total effective rate of A group was significantly higher than that of B group （100 % vs 18.52%, P 〈0.01）. Results show that above-mentioned Tang of Chinese drugs has certain therapeutic effect, is safe and without adverse reaction in the treatment of the constipation of deficiency type of both qi and yin.
