摘　　要：2011年,我国利用国外贷款规模稳定,外商投资继续保持较好增长势头,境外投资快速增长,各项制度法规和政策措施不断完善。In 2011, the utilization of a stable scale of foreign loans, foreign investment,continuously maintained a fast growth tendency, overseas investmentkept fast growth., constantly improve the system of regulations and policy measures, and planning work steadily.
