摘　　要：妇女怀孕期间容易罹患感冒、咳嗽等病症,若病情进展迅速易伤精耗气甚则伤胎漏产。沈老根据40余年的临证经验在治疗妊娠咳嗽方面疗效显著,遂将其治疗妊娠咳嗽经验总结如下,以便读者进一步了解并关注妊娠咳嗽这一疾病。Pregnant women have proned to have a cold, cough during the period of pregnancy. If the disease progresses rapidly, it has been easy to harm Pregnant women leading to fetus movement even abortion. Professor SHEN Yingsen has had dis- tinctly curative effect in the treatment of pregnancy cough aspects, according to more than 40 years of clinical experiences. Hence, I summarized his experiences on treating the pregnancy cough so that the readers could better understand and focus on the disease of Pregnancy cough.
