止血饮治疗鼻衄疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察运用止血饮治疗鼻衄的临床疗效。方法:对符合诊断标准的54例患者,随机分为两组,治疗组29例,用止血饮随证加减。对照组25例,服云南白药胶囊、三黄片,疗程均为1周,观察治疗前后的临床疗效。结果:治疗组治愈25例,治愈率86%,显效3例,有效1例;对照组、治愈20例,治愈率83%,显效4例,有效1例。结论:止血饮治疗鼻衄疗效显著。Objective： To observe the efficacy of the ZhiXueYin in the treatment of the patients with hemorrhinia. Methods ： 54 patients diagnosed hemorrhinia were randomly divided into therapy group and control group, 29 patients in therapy group were treated with ZhiXueYin, while 25 cases in control group received Yunnan white powder and Sanhuang tablets, It had been lasted for one week to observe the treatment effectiveness before and after treatment. Results： In treatment group, 25 cases were cured, 3cases achieved excellent therapeutic efficacy and 1 improved, the cure rate was 86% ; In control group, 20 cases were cured, 4 cases achieved excellent and 1 imoroved, the cure rate was 83%. Conclusion_. ZhiXueYin is safe and effective for hemorrhinia
