摘 要:GB50017-2003《钢结构设计规范》修订了吊车梁挠度计算方法及其规定的容许挠度限值。从正常使用极限状态的概念出发,同时参考各国规范的相关规定,说明GB50017-2003规定的吊车梁挠度验算采用按起重量最大的一台吊车进行计算的方法符合正常使用极限状态的概念。其次,结合工程实例对新旧规范吊车梁容许挠度验算方法进行计算,同时分析吊车梁经济高度和容许挠度的关系,结果表明GBJ17-88《钢结构设计规范》的容许挠度取值符合经济性要求,而GB50017-2003的取值偏于保守。最后,提出钢吊车梁容许挠度建议值,可供规范修订参考。Crane beam deflection calculation method and its provisions of allowed value are revised in Code for Design of Steel Structure (GB 50017--2003). It firstly starts from the concept of serviceability limit state, and makes reference to the relative provision of foreign code at the same time to illustrate that it is consistent with the concept of serviceability limit state to using the largest crane to calculate the deflection of crane beam in GB 50017-- 2003. Second, through finished projects the deflection of crane beam between new and old code is compared, at the same time, the relationship of the crane beam deflection and the economic height is analysized. The results demonstrate that GBJ 17--88 satisfies the economic requirement of the allowed deflection, but the GB 50017--2003 do not fulfill that. At last, it proposes the suggestion value of steel crane beam deflection for code revision.
