摘　　要：通过不同行业在工程管理体系的建设、人员资质及管理、焊接质量的过程控制及无损检测等方面的对比、分析,论述建筑钢结构行业的不足。提出焊接质量控制必须执行过程控制,并应进一步完善工程项目管理体系,建立健全人员职业资格考核制度,以及全面实行由独立第三方参与的焊接质量过程控制和无损检测抽检工作。The shortage in architectural steel structure industry was presented, by the contrast of project management system construction, personnel qualification and management, process control of welding quality and nondestructive testing. The welding quality control must take process control, further improve the management system of the project, establish and improve the personnel occupation qualification examination system, and carry out the welding quality process control and nondestructive inspection by an independent third-party participation.
