摘　　要：对白山电站水轮机导叶密封损坏和漏水原因进行了分析 ,指出了尼龙导叶轴套的不适用是导叶密封漏水、损坏的重要原因。介绍了用FZ系列自润滑轴套代替尼龙轴套的实施经验和取得的效果。By analyzing the damage and leakage of the wicket gate seal for Baishan hydropower plant,it is presented that the main reason of leakage is applying nylon bearing bush.So using the FZ composite material instead of nylon bearing bush.The application and experience of this composite material bush are discussed in this paper.
