摘　　要：阐述了驻马店市科技情报服务的现状及存在的问题,从强化服务意识、转变服务模式、提高情报人员业务素质、实行中层干部竞聘上岗、加强情报经费管理、扩大服务范围等方面探讨了基层情报工作的改革方向。This paper expounds the present situation of and problems in sci-tech information services in Zhumadian City,and probes into the reform direction of basic-level information work from aspects of strengthening service consciousness,changing service mode,improving intelligence personnel’s professional quality,implementing middle-level cadres’ position competition,and expanding service scope,etc.
